You can lift everyone else up, but you’re broken. You can be a shoulder for everyone else to cry
on, but your tears flow incessantly. You can even believe and stand in agreement with others for
miracles – meanwhile the faith you have for your situation doesn’t exist. How can this be?
Could it be that you’ve lost hope?
Somewhere along the way you stopped believing in yourself. Or, perhaps you know the true you. You know the imperfect you and you’ve let all of your imperfections steal your reflection.
It’s okay. Today is the day to pick up the pieces. I won’t (in this one blog) try to tell you the 101
ways to go about believing in yourself; however, I will tell you what I think is the most
important tip.
CHOOSE A LOVING REFLECTION.
Even when it’s hard to believe in yourself – there is usually always someone that can look into
you - seeing past all of your imperfections and pulling out your beauty. This is the person you
should consider surrounding yourself with because they will be your mirror and reflect your untapped potential back to you. This is the person that you’ve been for everyone else. Now, it’s up to you to afford someone the opportunity to be that person to you.
Remember, everyone in your circle is not intended to be your support through every season of
your life. Choose your reflection carefully because you are more than the sum of your imperfections!
OMG this is me! I'm not sure where it started, but it's past time I work on it.
