During this class we will discuss the role that both comparisons and expectations have in our lives and how to overcome them. We will also cover:
- Real expectations versus perceived expectations;
- The purpose of comparisons and whether or not they serve us;
- How to write and live by our own rules;
- How to turn the comparison problem into an opportunity for loving.
